Use your common sense when choosing a housemover.  If they turn up in a rusted out 70’s Holden without a muffler, you’re probably better off with someone else. Ask for proof of insurances and even a list of references to call.  Are they members of Housemoving Assoc. ???? Are they members of HIA Do they guarantee their work? Are they professional and do you feel comfortable ? Remember your relying on this person to deliver your most valuable asset-your new home.
