Council Approvals
Case Studies-Gallery

When selecting a home for your land, carefully consider how it will blend with the nature of the area, other houses in the neighbourhood and any covenants or local council regulations.

Provided the home can be restored to a similar condition to other houses in the area, it is unlikely that local council will not approve the house for your block of land.

Council approvals are much the same to that of building a new home.

Nobody can tell you what house to buy, we all know what we like, and we know it, when we see it.

It’s amazing what a few renovations can do to a home.  Just a lick of paint can make a tired old home shine again.

So use your imagination or you just may miss a beauty in disguise.
