There are many reasons why people choose to move a home. Some examples are -   Time – it is much quicker to relocate than to build Cost – it is substantially cheaper, in fact we believe around 60 to 70% cheaper Environmentally friendly – recycling all materials rather than demolition turning into landfill. Tradition – it is near impossible to truly achieve the character of a classic traditional, or county homestead. Heritage – we relocate many heritage buildings to allow for development of land or preservation of the building itself. Relocating a home can be quite scary and like any building project, lends itself to being very stressful.  Many of our clients have found given time and a bit of effort the rewards can be huge.
